Diamodern Jewelux Warranty

We offer a 3-month manufacturer's warranty on all our jewelry and watches. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear. It applies to all items purchased from Diamodern Jewelux, including diamonds, gemstones, gold, and watches. For more information on return policy and refunds refer to our return policy page.

What's Covered:

• Defective parts due to manufacturing errors
• Labor required for repairs related to manufacturing defects

What's Not Covered:

• General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, or nicks
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
• Loss or theft of the item or any of its parts
• Fading or chipping of materials due to improper handling
• Water damage (even though our jewelry is moisture-resistant)

Please note that our warranty is valid only in the USA and is exclusively offered through Diamodern Jewelux. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties will void this warranty.

Stone Replacement:

We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone free of charge within 3 months of purchase for certain jewelry items. This excludes any single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger.

Ring Sizing:

We offer ring resizing services for a nominal fee within 30-days of your purchase. Please be aware that eternity rings cannot be resized due to their design. If an eternity ring does not fit, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied upon return.

• Temperature Caution: Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures.
• Cleaning: Wipe your watch with a soft cloth regularly. For metal bands, use a damp cloth if appropriate.
